Client arrested for DUI is now free from all charges after the State of Florida dismissed all charges as a result of the Laurent Law Firm’s Pre-trial motions.

Father filed for Domestic Violence Injunction on behalf of minor child in order to gain leverage in the pending child custody case. The Laurent Law Firm represented the Mother at the Domestic Violence Injunction hearing. After cross examination of the Father and the minor child, the Court found insufficient
Unemployed Father faced Motion for Contempt for failure to pay Child Support. The Father retained the Laurent Law Firm, P.A., to defend him in court. After a full hearing, the Court found that the Father’s failure to pay was not willful and dismissed the Contempt Motion.

Client retained the Laurent Law Firm, P.A., after Mother of Children gave legal rights to Maternal Grandmother without consent of the Father. The Laurent Law Firm, P.A. immediately filed for an Emergency Pick Up Order and reunited the minor children with their Father.
Father retained the Laurent Law Firm, P.A., to fight for equal time sharing with his minor child. Mother refused, offering time sharing only on alternating weekends. Our Client’s case was prepared for trial and the court awarded Equal Time Sharing.
